Adaptación y Ansiedad en pacientes postoperados de artroplastia de cadera en el servicio de cirugía del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray

Abstract
La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional de corte transversal se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre la adaptación y el grado de ansiedad del paciente postoperado de artroplastia de cadera del hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray en una población muestral de 14 pacientes a quienes se les aplico dos instrumentos: escala para valorar la adaptación y la escala de Hamiliton de ansiedad. Para la correlación de variables se utilizó la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado, llegando a los siguientes resultados: El 57,1% de los pacientes post- operados de artroplastia total de cadera en el servicio de cirugía del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, presentan una adaptación inadecuada y el 42,9 adecuada; el 42,9% de los pacientes post -operados de artroplastia total de cadera presentaron un grado de ansiedad leve, y ligera respectivamente y solo el 14,3% moderada. Existe una relación significativa entre la adaptabilidad y la ansiedad (sig<0.05)
The present cross-sectional correlational descriptive investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between adaptation and the degree of anxiety of the post-operative total hip arthroplasty patient at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital in a sample population of 14 patients. To whom two instruments were applied: scale to assess adaptation and the Hamilton anxiety scale, for the correlation of variables the Chi-square statistical test was used, reaching the following results: 57 .1% of post-operated total hip arthroplasty patients in the surgery service of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital present an inadequate adaptation and 42.9 adequate; 42.9% of post-operated total hip arthroplasty patients presented a degree of mild and light anxiety, respectively, and only 14.3% moderate. There is a significant relationship between adaptability and anxiety (sig<0.05)
