Abstract
In Colombia, since the 19th century, different archaeological research projects have been carried out, which have allowed us to understand the cultures that lived in the different regions of the country, both in the pre-hispanic, colonial and republican times, and even recent. With the creation of the Political Constitution of Colombia, the Ministry of Culture was created, which subsequently established the Colombian Institute of Anthropology and History (ICANH), as the one in charge of governing and regularizing archeology projects, carrying out the control of the Archaeological Intervention Authorizations, the Preventive Archeology Programs or Contract Archeology (as it is known in other regions of Latin America), and the basic Archeology projects. The increase in projects, especially Preventive Archeology Programs, has generated a considerable increase in archaeological materials, which has caused cultural elements to deteriorate due to the lack of deposits or warehouses that allow the preservation of the materials archaeological; for this reason, the project aims to observe the different scenarios to generate new spaces that allow the conservation of the cultural elements that come from the construction works. This project is focused on the Valle de Aburrá, comprised of the cities of Copacabana, Barbosa, Girardota, Bello, Medellín, Caldas, Envigado and La Estrella, located in the department of Antioquia (Colombia). In recent years, this part of the country has been forced to develop different construction projects, where all types of cultural materials have been found, but due to the lack of storage spaces, they have nowhere to rest; for this reason, it is intended to create a winery in the city of Medellín (main city of the Valle de Aburrá), in order to preserve, safeguard and expose to the general public the different finds that have been witnessed to date.
