Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el caserío de Carnachique, distrito y provincia de Otuzco - Región La Libertad, entre los meses de noviembre del 2022 a noviembre del 2023; con el objetivo de describir el manejo agronómico de Spinacia oleracea L. var. PV 1367 F1. La metodología fue descriptiva explicativa transversal ,la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 35 agricultores y el tamaño de la muestra fue el mismo número de la población, la técnica de investigación fue la encuesta, teniendo como instrumento de recolección de datos al cuestionario; que fue complementado con la toma de imágenes, las variables de estudio estuvo relacionada con el manejo agronómico del cultivo de espinaca, desde la preparación de terreno de siembra, riego, control de plagas agrícolas, destino de producción; los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados a través de la estadística descriptiva, utilizando el programa Excel. El 100% de agricultores, utilizan el sistema de riego por aspersión. Más del 50% de agricultores siembran espinaca en pequeñas áreas de cultivo, las cuales van desde los 100 m² a 1000 m². La mayor parte de producción de espinaca se destina al mercado regional, mercados de la ciudad de Trujillo y anexos.
ABSTRACT This research work was carried out in the hamlet of Carnachique, district and province of Otuzco - La Libertad Region, between the months of November 2022 to November 2023; with the objective of describing the agronomic management of Spinacia oleracea L. var. PV 1367 F1. The methodology was descriptive explanatory cross-sectional, the study population was made up of 35 farmers and the sample size was the same number of the population, the research technique was the survey, having the questionnaire as a data collection instrument; which was complemented with the taking of images, the study variables were related to the agronomic management of the spinach crop, from the preparation of the planting land, irrigation, control of agricultural pests, production destination; The results obtained were analyzed through descriptive statistics, using the Excel program. 100% of farmers use the sprinkler irrigation system. More than 50% of farmers plant spinach in small growing areas, which range from 100 m² to 1000 m². Most of the spinach production is destined for the regional market, markets in the city of Trujillo and annexes.
