Cuidado espiritual del paciente hospitalizado desde la perspectiva de la interna de enfermería

| dc.description | The present qualitative, descriptive exploratory research aimed to describe, analyze and discuss the spiritual care of the hospitalized patient carried out by the Nursing Intern during her practice in the medicine service of a public hospital. The theoretical references that supported the study were: Boff on spiritual dimension, and Watson with humanized care in nursing. The participating subjects were eleven Nursing Interns of the UNT, practicing in the medicine service of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, who voluntarily accepted and met the inclusion criteria. In-depth interview was used for data collection, thematic analysis was used for data analysis and ethical criteria and scientific rigor were considered. The results of the study were two main categories: I CATEGORY: generating conversation and family reconciliation meetings, Subcategory 1: promoting patient-family reconciliation. Subcategory 2: promoting acceptance, faith and hope. II. CATEGORY: Accompanying with love in moments of loneliness of the hospitalized patient. Subcategory 1: spiritual care and its resonances. Subcategory 2: the care and comfort of the hospitalized patient. The findings allowed us to approach to describe and make visible the spiritual care carried out by the nursing intern during the process of caring for the hospitalized patient, concluding that spiritual nursing care is a relational care that involves affection, accompaniment, promotes forgiveness, strengthens faith and approach of the patient with the family | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación cualitativa, descriptiva exploratoria, tuvo como propósito describir, analizar y discutir el cuidado espiritual del paciente hospitalizado que realiza la Interna de enfermería durante su práctica en el servicio de medicina, de un hospital público. Los referentes teóricos que sustentaron el estudio fueron: Boff sobre dimensión espiritual, y Watson con cuidado humanizado en enfermería. Los sujetos participantes fueron once Internas de Enfermería de la UNT, con práctica en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, quienes aceptaron voluntariamente y cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la entrevista en profundidad, para el análisis de datos se usó el análisis temático y se consideró los criterios éticos y de rigor científico. Los resultados del estudio fueron dos categorías principales: CATEGORIA I: generando encuentros de conversación y reconciliación familiar, Subcategoría 1: fomentando la reconciliación paciente-familia. Subcategoría 2: promoviendo la aceptación, fe y esperanza. CATEGORIA II: Acompañando con amor en momentos de soledad del paciente hospitalizado. Subcategoría 1: cuidado espiritual y sus resonancias. Subcategoría 2: el cuidado y confort del paciente hospitalizado. Los hallazgos permitieron aproximarnos a describir y visibilizar el cuidado espiritual que realiza la interna de enfermería durante el proceso de cuidar del paciente hospitalizado, concluyendo que el cuidado espiritual de enfermería es un cuidado relacional que envuelve afecto, acompañamiento, promueve el perdón, fortalece la fe y acercamiento del paciente con la familia | es_PE |
