Abstract
Description
This research was conducted with the objective of determining the hematological values of two reproductive physiological states of native goats in the Agricultural Experimental Center - Virú. The study was based on analysis of blood of 24 native goats between 3-4 years old, was made for this, two samplings, with one month of difference between the two. Were evaluated the erythrocyte series, leukocyte and corpuscular constants. For data analysis was used descriptive statistics and Student t test. The results of the first sampling of blood for pregnant goats were: Hct 24.1 ± 1%, Hb 8.1 ± 0.5 g / dl, RBC 13.4 ± 0.8 x106/mm3, MCV 18.0 ± 0.6 fl, MCH 6.0 ± 0.3 pg, MCHC 33.4 ± 0.6 g / dl, WBC 7.9 ± 1 x103/mm3, Ns 48 ± 17%, Nb 0%, L 50 ± 16%, M 0.9 ± 1%, E 1.1 ± 0.7%, B 0%., and for non-pregnant were: Hct 28.7 ± 4 %, Hb 9.4 ± 1.2 g / dl, RBC 16.3 ± 3 x106/mm3, MCV 17.8 ± 2.3 fl, MCH 5.8 ± 0.5 pg, MCHC 33.0 ± 2.4 g / dl, WBC 9.5 ± 2.3 x103/mm3, Ns 43 ± 11%, Nb 0.1 ± 0.3%, L 56 ± 11%, M 0.4 ± 1%, E 1.1 ± 0.8%, B 0%. It found significant statistically differences (p <0.05) between pregnant and non-pregnant goats as to Hct, Hb and RBC. The results of the second blood sampling for pregnant goats were: Hct 22.5 ± 3%, Hb 7.0 ± 0.6 g / dl, RBC 12.8 ± 1.6 x106/mm3, MCV 17.6 ± 0.9 fl, MCH 5.5 ± 0.2 pg, MCHC 31.3 ± 1.7 g / dl, WBC 6.5 ± 2.1 x103/mm3, Ns 35 ± 9%, Nb 0.3 ± 0.5%, L 62 ± 6.4 %, M 0%, E 2.8 ± 2.5%, B 0%., And for non-pregnant were: Hct 24.7 ± 4 %, Hb 7.3 ± 1.2 g / dl, RBC 14.5 ± 2.2 x106/mm3, MCV 17.0 ± 1.6 fl, MCH 5.1 ± 0.4 pg, MCHC 29.8 ± 1.7 g / dl, WBC 8.0 ± 2.0 x103/mm3, Ns 36 ± 7%, Nb 0.5 ± 0.5%, L 62 ± 7.2%, M 0%, E 1.5 ± 1.8%, B 0%. No it found significant statistically differences (p> 0.05) between pregnant and non-pregnant goats, moreover was there appearance of tables anemic in all goats. It conclude that hematological values of native goats vary according to their reproductive physiological states and serving as a reference in the diagnosis of different clinical cases that could harm the reproductive efficiency and the good sanitary state and nutritional of goats.
