Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas preprofesionales tiene como objetivo determinar las características del consumo de antiulcerosos expendidos en un establecimiento farmacéutico privado de Trujillo expresados en Dosis Diaria Definida (DDD) por 1000 atenciones por día, durante el año 2018, a fin de contribuir al uso racional y eficiente de estos medicamentos. Se consideró unidades de antiulcerosos de uso ambulatorio y algunas de uso hospitalario dispensadas en un establecimiento farmacéutico de Trujillo con un promedio de 380 atenciones por día. Los datos se obtuvieron del sistema informatizado computarizado kardex para obtener unidades dispensadas de antiulcerosos y su costo, propio del establecimiento farmacéutico, asimismo el consumo se expresó en términos de DDD por 1000 atenciones por día. Como resultado el omeprazol fue el de mayor consumo anual con un 0,1513 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, omeprazol 20 mg con un 0,0091, esomeprazol con 0,0041 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, Axasole® 20 mg con 0,0029 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, lansoprazol con 0,0084 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, Lanso- del® 30 mg con 0,0048 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, pantoprazol 40 mg con 0,0056 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, Zoltum® 40 mg con 0,0070 DDD/1000 atenciones/día, ranitidina 300 mg con 0,0470 DDD/1000 atenciones/día y Atural® 300 mg con 0,0081 DDD/1000 atenciones/día. El costo total de los antiulcerosos consumidos fue de S/ 8193 siendo el Zoltum® 40 mg el de mayor costo con que representa el 28% del gasto total de antiulcerosos.

The data were obtained from the internal computerized computer system of the pharmaceutical establishment, also the comsumption was expressed in terms of defined daily dose (DDD) per 1000 attentions per day. The results obtained for the antiulcer were, omeprazole with a 0,2009 DDD/1000 attentions/ day, esomeprazole with a 0,0612 DDD/1000 attentions/ day, lansoprazole with a 0,0392 DDD/1000 attentions/ day, pantoprazole with a 0,1926 DDD/1000 attentions/ day. The total cost of the antiulcer drugs consumed was S / 8193, Zoltum® 40 mg being the highest cost, representing 28% of the total cost of antiulcer drugs.
