Resumen
La presente tesis se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia que posee el clima laboral en la variable de desempeño de los trabajadores de la Empresa de Transportes Bello Horizonte, Trujillo, 2024. Para ello la metodología que se establece y utilizó fueron los métodos deductivo inductivo que sirvió para inferir del entorno general al particular, el analítico sintético por su parte sirvió para descomponer la realidad de los trabajadores y poner armar los indicadores de la presente tesis, asimismo el método estadístico sirvió para cuantificar y establecer base de datos sobre los resultados de la aplicación de instrumentos. Por su parte las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista y la encuesta que se lograron materializar en los instrumentos de recolección como la guía de entrevista, el registro de entrevista y el cuestionario todos ellos para plasmar los datos recopilados por la autora que servirán de base para el análisis de los resultados. De esta manera se tiene en mención que la muestra fue de 50 trabajadores de sexo masculino entre choferes y cobradores. En la presentación de resultados se evidencia las características generales de la muestra y seguidamente se tiene la discusión de las figuras con interpretaciones, gráficos, testimonios y las teorías que argumentan lo evidenciado en los resultados. Con estos elementos se describe y analiza la variable de clima laboral para luego identificar el desempeño de los trabajadores como segunda variable presentada en la discusión.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence that the work environment has on the performance variable of the workers of the Bello Horizonte Transport Company, Trujillo, 2024. For this, the methodology that was established and used was deductive methods. inductive that served to infer from the general environment to the particular, the synthetic analysis for its part served to decompose the reality of the workers and put together the indicators of this thesis, likewise the statistical method served to quantify and establish a database on the results of instrument application. For their part, the techniques used were the interview and the survey, which were materialized in the collection instruments such as the interview guide, the interview record and the questionnaire, all of them to capture the data collected by the author that will serve as a basis for the analysis of the results. In this way, it is noted that the sample was 50 male workers, including drivers and collectors. In the presentation of results, the general characteristics of the sample are evident and then there is a discussion of the figures with interpretations, graphs, testimonies and the theories that support what is evidenced in the results. With these elements, the work environment variable is described and analyzed to then identify the performance of the workers as the second variable presented in the discussion.
