Abstract
La presente investigación titulada Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2020, tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Hospital Belén de Trujillo, teniendo como muestra a 35 participantes de las diferentes áreas administrativas del nosocomio. Para llevar a cabo la presente investigación se aplicaron los métodos analítico sintético, deductivo – Inductivo, etnográfico, estadístico; además del uso de las técnicas de observación, entrevista y encuesta con sus respectivos instrumentos de aplicación para tener un abordaje exacto sobre la problemática, los mismos que han permitido conocer de qué manera influye el clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Además, permitió describir cómo se presenta la desmotivación laboral, así como, identificar cómo se presenta el desgaste profesional del personal administrativo. Los resultados muestran que el clima organizacional influye de manera negativa en el desempeño laboral generando desmotivación, debido al deficiente compromiso y débil sentido de pertenencia; así como el desgaste profesional, manifestado en la sobrecarga de tareas y débil toma de decisiones del personal administrativo del Hospital Belén de Trujillo.
ABSTRACT The present research entitled "Organizational climate and work performance of the administrative staff of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2020", aims to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the administrative staff of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo, with a sample of 35 participants from the different administrative areas of the hospital. To carry out this research, the following methods were applied: synthetic analytical, deductive - inductive, ethnographic, statistical; in addition to the use of observation, interview and survey techniques with their respective application instruments to have an accurate approach to the problem, which have allowed us to know how the organizational climate influences the work performance of the administrative staff of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo. It also made it possible to describe how work demotivation occurs, as well as to identify how professional burnout occurs among administrative personnel. The results show that the organizational climate has a negative influence on work performance, generating demotivation due to poor commitment and a weak sense of belonging, as well as professional burnout, manifested in the overload of tasks and weak decision making of the administrative staff of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo.
