The process of safety management based on behavior, guarantees the reduction of work accidents, always applied and developed together with the comprehensive occupational health and safety management system that has been applied. The Safety Management Process Based on Behavior, has direct application field on the first level of accident rate (Bird's pyramid), trying to reduce the incidents generated by sub-standard acts with the staff observation strategy, identification of critical actions , training, reinforcement and motivation to change unsafe actions by safe actions; generating good working conditions for the employer, which in addition to achieving objectives in reducing safety indicators such as frequency, severity and accident rate, will also achieve improvements in the productivity of the company by optimizing the loss of time due to accidents job.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación titulado “Gestión del comportamiento Humano utilizada en la unidad minera Cerro Lindo – Compañía Minera NEXA, para la disminución de la accidentabilidad Laboral.”, tiene como objetivo reducir los accidentes de trabajo mediante el reforzamiento de acciones seguras y la eliminación, reducción y cambio de acciones inseguras por acciones seguras de acuerdo a los procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro, del personal que realiza actividades mineras en la unidad. Para alcanzar de esta manera los objetivos trazados en materia de seguridad, esto se logra con el compromiso amplio desde la gerencia como ejemplo de líder en el proceso de gestión y con inversión en cuanto a recursos, inclusión y compromiso de parte del personal. El Proceso de Gestión del Comportamiento Humano, garantiza la reducción de accidentes de trabajo, siempre que se aplique y desarrolle conjuntamente al sistema integrado de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que se viene aplicando. El Proceso de Gestión del comportamiento Humano, tiene campo de aplicación directa sobre el primer nivel de accidentabilidad (pirámide de Bird), tratando de reducir los incidentes generados por actos subestándares con la estrategia de observación al personal, identificación de acciones críticas, capacitaciones, reforzamiento y motivación al cambio de acciones inseguras por acciones seguras; generando buenas condiciones de trabajo por parte del empleador, que además de alcanzar objetivos en reducción de los indicadores de seguridad como frecuencia, severidad y accidentabilidad, se logrará también mejoras en la productividad de la empresa mediante optimización de pérdida de tiempo por motivo de accidentes de trabajo.es_PE
