Abstract
Este informe de prácticas preprofesionales tuvo como objetivo determinar el consumo y costo de la N-actilcisteína en sus formas comerciales como Mucoasmast 600 mg, Brimodin 600mg y Fluidasa 600mg. La información se obtuvo del registro computarizado de ventas del establecimiento farmacéutico y procesado en Excel para su respectivo análisis descriptivo y retrospectivo. Los resultados se muestran en las tablas y figuras en donde se visualiza tanto el consumo anual expresado en DDD/1000 habitantes/día, como el consumo y costo mensual-anual de unidades vendidas de dicho medicamento. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye que Mucoasmast 600 mg fue el medicamento más consumido, con un total de 2919 unidades dispensadas, además presentó un 0.0936 DDD/1000 habitantes/día y con un precio de S/3.08 tuvo una demanda de costo de S/. 8990.52 en el periodo de Agosto 2020- Agosto2021.
ABSTRACT This pre-professional practice report aimed to determine the consumption and cost of N- actylcysteine in its commercial forms such as Mucoasmast 600mg, Brimodin 600mg and Fluidase 600mg.
