Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar si la aplicación del programa Cultura Organizacional mejora significativamente la Gestión Educativa en los docentes en el Seminario “Jesús María” de Chachapoyas 2019. La investigación tuvo enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño pre – experimental, cuya muestra fue No Probabilística conformada por 32 docentes, utilizándose para su ejecución el Método Hipotético – Deductivo y empleando como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario con treinta ítems. Se utilizó para la confiabilidad y validación del instrumento el juicio de expertos y el Alpha de Cronbach el cual fue de 0.97. Se encontró como resultados que se logró el 69% nivel Muy alto en Gestión educativa y en la dimensión institucional se logró el 69% y en pedagógica el 72%, al utilizar la Prueba t Student el valor encontrado fue de 33,6 > t Student tabla de 1,696. Concluyendo que el programa Cultura Organizacional, conformado por ese conjunto de valores, tradiciones, normas, conductas propias de la institución fortalecieron la Gestión educativa siendo los docentes los que administran y ejecutan de forma sistemática la calidad del servicio en los aprendizajes hacia los estudiantes.
The objective of the study was to determine if the application of the Organizational Culture program significantly improves the Educational Management of teachers at the "Jesús María" Seminary in Chachapoyas 2019. The research had a quantitative approach, with a pre-experimental design, whose sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 32 teachers, using the Hypothetical-Deductive Method for its execution, and employing the survey technique and the questionnaire with thirty items as an instrument. For the reliability and validation of the instrument, expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha was used, which was 0.97. It was found as results that 69% was achieved at a very high level in educational management and 69% was achieved in the institutional dimension and 72% in pedagogical, when using the t Student test, the value found was 33.6 > t Student table of 1.696. Concluding that the Organizational Culture program, conformed by that set of values, traditions, norms, behaviors of the institution strengthened the educational management being the teachers those who administer and execute in a systematic way the quality of service in the learning towards the students.
