Abstract
This is a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational and descriptive study. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers in the Control of Growth and Development (CRED) clinic of the Victor Larco Health Center, 2024. The sample consisted of 69 mothers. Two instruments were used for data collection: Scale on quality of care in users of the CRED clinic and mother's satisfaction questionnaire. The data obtained were processed in SPSS version 29 and are presented in single- and double-entry tables; the hypothesis was validated by means of Spearman's correlation coefficient. The results obtained reveal that 92.8% of mothers and/or caregivers of children attended at the CRED clinic of the Victor Larco Health Center perceived the quality of nursing care as excellent and 7.2% as good; likewise, 97.1% expressed a very high level of satisfaction with the service received and 2.9%, a high level. When relating both study variables, it was found that there is a direct, positive, highly significant relationship between them, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.945 and p=0.000
