dc.descriptionThe present research work was carried out during the months of May 2017 to January 2018 in the hamlet of Palco, Quiruvilca district, Santiago de Chuco province, La Libertad region. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of three organic fertilizers on the performance of Zea mays L. var. Imperial white. It was used completely block design, with four treatments and four repetitions. The treatments used were: without fertilizer (T0), this being the control, 1000 kg / ha of guano guinea pig (T1), 1000 kg / ha of sheep guano (T2), 1000 kg / ha of beef guano (T3) . The statistical evaluation was based on the variance analysis and Tuckey test at 5% significance. It is concluded that the treatment (T1) with the incorporation of 1000 kg per hectare of guinea pig fertilizer obtained the maximum yield with 9786..66 kg / ha-1 significantly exceeded the control with a green yield of 6820.06 t / ha, and that variables plant height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, number of ears per plant, number of rows per ear, number of grains per row, weight of ears per plot, weight of grains per ear, diameter of grains per ear, weight of 100 grains per plot and yield per hectare, the treatments had a similar effect on Zea mays L. var. Imperial white in Quiruvilca, Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó durante los meses de mayo 2017 a enero 2018 en el caserío de Palco, distrito de Quiruvilca, provincia Santiago de Chuco, región La Libertad. El objetivo de estudio fue evaluar el efecto de tres abonos orgánicos en el rendimiento de Zea mays L. var. Blanco imperial. Se empleó el diseño de bloques completamente al azar, con cuatro tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones. Los tratamientos usados fueron: sin abono (T0), siendo este el testigo, 1000 kg/ha de guano de cuy (T1) ,1000 kg/ha de guano de ovino (T2), 1000 kg/ha de guano de vacuno (T3). La evaluación estadística fue en base al análisis de varianza y prueba de tuckey al 5% de significancia. Se concluye que el tratamiento (T1) con la incorporación de 1000 kg por hectárea de abono de cuy obtuvo el máximo rendimiento con 9786..66 kg/ha-1 superado significativamente al testigo con un rendimiento en verde de 6820.06 t/ha, y que las variables altura de planta, altura de mazorca, longitud de mazorca, diámetro de mazorca, número de mazorcas por planta, número de hileras por mazorca, número de granos por hilera, peso de mazorcas por parcela, pesos de granos por mazorca, diámetro de granos por mazorca, peso de 100 granos por parcela y rendimiento por hectárea, los tratamientos tuvieron similar efecto en Zea mays L. var. Blanco imperial en Quiruvilca, Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad.es_PE
