Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas pre profesionales tuvo como objetivo, determinar anticuerpos antinucleares en pacientes atendidos en un laboratorio clínico de Trujillo, marzo 2019- marzo 2020. Se utilizó el método test de ANAscreen y el equipo de Starf fax 303 Plus, se procesaron 95 muestras de pacientes de ambos sexos. Los resultados se muestran en gráficos por grupo etario y género. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye: que del total de mujeres el 8.42% dieron positivo, frente al de varones 2.11%, y son tres grupos etarios de ambos géneros comprendidos entre los 31 a 60 años que tuvieron el mismo porcentaje de pruebas positivas de 3.16%.
ABSTRACT The objective of this pre-professional practice report was to determine antinuclear antibodies in patients treated in a clinical laboratory in Trujillo, March 2019- March 2020. The ANAscreen test method and the Starf fax 303 Plus equipment were used, 95 samples were processed of patients of both sexes. The results are shown in graphs by age group and gender.
