Abstract
En la presente tesis se tiene por finalidad el estudio del efecto de la profundidad y el avance sobre la fuerza de corte, la rugosidad y la temperatura durante el fresado del acero VCN, donde tendremos como material de estudio al acero VCN – AISI: 4340 H – BÖHLER con el fin de Determinar la rugosidad resultante en los ensayos, la Fuerza de Corte para diferentes valores de profundidad de corte, la Fuerza de Corte para diferentes valores del avance de la herramienta y las temperaturas producidas durante el proceso de mecanizado.
Para esto se realizarán tres repeticiones para los diferentes parámetros, donde los valores para una profundidad de pasada serán de 0.2 mm, 0.35 mm y 0.5 mm, el avance de 20 mm/min, 15 mm/min y 10 mm/min y para el valor de la temperatura se tomará mientras se realiza el proceso de mecanizado.
Los resultados muestran que al existir un incremento en la profundidad e incremento del avance se producirá un aumento en la temperatura debido a que aumenta la sección de viruta extraída y el área de fricción.
The purpose of this thesis is to study the effect of depth and feed on the cutting force, roughness and temperature during milling of VCN steel, where we will have VCN – AISI: 4340 H steel as study material. – BÖHLER in order to determine the resulting roughness in the tests, the Cutting Force for different values of cutting depth, the Cutting Force for different values of the tool feed and the temperatures produced during the machining process.
