Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación de Liderazgo motivacional docente con el Rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la I.E. N°82384 Sogón, Sayapullo- Gran Chimú, 2022. La metodología de esta investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa correlacional; el método utilizado fue hipotético – deductivo. El diseño utilizado fue descriptivo correlacional. Se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica de independencia de criterios, utilizando la distribución Chi ². La muestra estuvo conformada por 57 estudiantes, la cual fue por conveniencia. Para medir la variable 1: Liderazgo motivacional docente, se utilizó un cuestionario medido en escala de liker; para medir la variable 2): Rendimiento académico, se utilizó la escala de calificación común a todas las modalidades y niveles de la educación básica (CNEB) para medir el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de 1ero a 5to de secundaria en las áreas de comunicación, matemática, ciencias sociales y ciencia y tecnología. En los resultados se encontró que existe una relación significativa entre el liderazgo motivacional docente y el rendimiento académico.
This research main aims at determining the relationship between Teacher Motivational Leadership and the Academic Achievement of students at I.E. N°82384 Sogón in 2022. The methodology was quantitative correlational, the method applied was hypothetical-deductive. The research design was descriptive-correlational. The non-parametric test of independence of criteria was applied, using the Chi² distribution (Chi-squared test). The sample was composed of 57 students, selected by convenience. To measure Variable 1: Teacher Motivational Leadership, a questionnaire measured on Likert scale was used. To measure Variable 2: Academic Achievement, the common grading scale for all modalities and levels of basic education was used to quantify the Academic Achievement of students from 1st to 5th grade of high school in the subjects of communication, mathematics, social sciences, and science and technology. The results found that there is a significant relationship between Teacher Motivational Leadership and Academic Achievement.
