Abstract
El objetivo general de la presente investigación explicar cuáles han sido los principales determinantes de la violencia de género en el Perú, período 2010-2021. Este estudio es un tipo de investigación no experimental de corte longitudinal y correlacional. Se halló que, la violencia física contra la mujer los mayores índices por parte del esposo suceden cuando estos tienen solo educación secundaria. Al 2022 dicho porcentaje se han reducido: 9.5% si el esposo tiene solo educación primaria; 8.5% si tiene secundaria; y 7% si tiene superior. Por otro lado, el nivel de educación en la sierra al 2010 era de 86.7% y para el 2021 se incrementó a 91.2%. En promedio, para los últimos 11 años la tasa de educación se ha incrementado en 1.2% para la costa y 4.5% para la sierra. Con respecto al modelo de panel aplicado, las variables incluidas explican en un 95.5% los niveles de feminicidio en el Perú. Además, sus coeficientes; desempleo (0.27) y la educación (-0.41); para el periodo 2010-2021.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research is to explain what have been the main determinants of gender violence in Peru, period 2010-2021. This study is a type of non-experimental longitudinal and correlational research. It was found that the highest rates of physical violence against women by the husband occur when they have only secondary education. By 2022, this percentage has been reduced: 9.5% if the husband has only primary education; 8.5% if she has secondary school; and 7% if she has a superior. On the other hand, the level of education in the mountains in 2010 was 86.7% and by 2021 it increased to 91.2%. On average, for the last 11 years the education rate has increased by 1.2% for the coast and 4.5% for the mountains. With respect to the panel model applied, the included variables explain 95.5% of the levels of feminicide in Peru. Furthermore, its coefficients; unemployment (0.27) and education (-0.41); for the period 2010-2021.
