Abstract
El presente estudio se realizó en la institución educativa Hermanos Albújar y Manuel Guarniz, cuyo objetivo fue determinar cómo influye el acompañamiento familiar en la satisfacción académica durante el desarrollo de clases en la modalidad virtual, se consideró como población de estudio a las alumnas del quinto grado del nivel primario. Asimismo, se recogió la información aplicando los métodos analítico-sintético y fenomenológico, explorando las experiencias de las alumnas en su vida escolar con las preguntas realizadas, se utilizaron también técnicas como la investigación bibliográfica que sirvió para registrar antecedentes y teorías, la entrevista también fue parte de la investigación y se obtuvieron algunos testimonios que se manifiestan en el presente. De acuerdo a los resultados, existe una influencia positiva de parte de los padres sobre los estudiantes en el proceso de apoyo o acompañamiento familiar en las dimensiones de apoyo, entorno familiar y clima de convivencia. Convirtiéndose en vitales para que las alumnas se sientan satisfechas académicamente con la educación virtual recibida, al facilitarles el aprendizaje y cumplimiento, así como el manejo de recursos didácticos que favorecieron su desempeño.
ABSTRACT The present study was carried out in the educational institution Hermanos Albújar and Manuel Guarniz, whose objective was to determine how family accompaniment influences academic satisfaction during the development of classes in the virtual modality, lately the fifth grade students were the study population. from the primary level. Likewise, the information was collected applying the analytical-synthetic and phenomenological methods, exploring the experiences of the students in their school life with the questions asked, techniques such as bibliographic research that served to record background and theories, the interview was also used. part of the investigation and some testimonies that are manifested in the present are obtained. According to the results, there is a positive influence on the part of the parents on the students in the process of support or family accompaniment in the dimensions of support, family environment and climate of coexistence. Becoming vital for the students to feel academically satisfied with the virtual education received, by facilitating learning and compliance, as well as the management of didactic resources that favored their performance.
