Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal Determinar nivel de Cumplimiento del Programa presupuestal 068 – Reducción de la vulnerabilidad y atención de emergencias por desastres de los Establecimientos de Salud con categoría I-3 y I-4 de la Región Lambayeque, 2020.
Para el logro de los objetivos la investigación hizo uso del enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño trasversal con la finalidad de analizar los datos obtenidos obtenido a través de un Cuestionario Estructurado por dimensiones, relacionado a los productos del programa presupuestal 068. El cuestionario fue aplicado a los jefes o profesional de Salud de 41 establecimientos.
Conclusión: El 59% de los Establecimiento de Salud cumplen con las actividades del programa presupuestal 068, con un nivel de proceso. Esto significa que existe debilidad en la formulación y programación de las actividades del programa presupuestal 068.

To achieve the goal, the research made use of the quantitative approach, transversal design in order to analyze the data obtained through a Structured Questionnaire by dimensions, related to the products of the budget program 068. The Questionnaire was applied to the head or Health professional in 41 establishments. Conclusion: 59% of the Health Establishments comply with the activities of the budget program 068, with a process level.
