dc.descriptionEl objetivo principal de la tesis es determinar la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera para instalar una planta procesadora de arándano fresco tipo blueberry, para la exportación, en el valle de Virú. El primer paso, fue analizar la demanda mundial de arándanos frescos, estableciéndose a los Estados Unidos de América como el mercado objetivo, debido a la alta demanda del producto, con tendencia al crecimiento de la misma, por lo que constituyó la población considerada en el trabajo. El estudio de mercado condujo a la determinación que la capacidad de planta será del orden de 1057 toneladas/año, con un área cultivada de arándano blueberry de 50 hectáreas en el primer año y un incremento de 50 hectáreas en el tercer año. En la metodología empleada se consideró principalmente los aspectos de: localización, distribución, organización y administración de la planta, diseño de producción y determinación de costos directos e indirectos. La inversión inicial para la ejecución de este proyecto se ha previsto en $3,086,179, los que servirán para la instalación y puesta en marca de la planta; de los cuales el 65% será aportado por los accionistas y el 35% será financiado por COFIDE. La evaluación económica y financiera del proyecto, tomando como referencia un periodo de 5 años, dio los siguientes valores: un VANE de $ 5,993,132.03, un TIRE de 38%, un VANF de $4,651,177.60 y un TIRF de 39%; por lo tanto ha quedado demostrado la viabilidad del proyectoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this thesis is to determine the technical, economic and financial viability to install a processing plant of fresh blueberry for export in Virú Valley. The first step was to analyze the global demand for fresh blueberries, establishing the United States as the target market, due to high demand of the product and it increasing trend, so it was the population considered in the thesis. The market study led to the determination that the plant capacity will be about 1008 tons / year, with a cultivated area of 50 hectares in the first year and an increase of 50 hectares in the third year. The methodology considered the following aspects: location, distribution, organization and administration, production design and determination of direct and indirect costs. The initial investment for this project is provided at $3,086,179, which will be used for the installation and commissioning of the plant; of which 65% will be contributed by shareholders and 35% will be financed by COFIDE. The economic and financial evaluation of the project, with reference to a period of five years, gave the following values: a VANE of $ 5,993,132.03; a TIRE 38%; a VANF of $4,651,177.60; and TIRF of 39%; therefore it has been demonstrated the viability of the project.
