Abstract
La aplicación de estrategias orientadas a fomentar un adecuado clima organizacional, está tomando cada vez más relevancia en las empresas, siendo a su vez, considerado como elemento directo que repercute en la calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores de una organización. Por ende, este estudio busca determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores en la empresa Inversiones MACSIGAL SAC, dedicada a la venta de alimentos enlatados y envasados. Dada la naturaleza mixta de la presente investigación, se combinaron el uso de instrumentos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Este último, constituye un cuestionario de encuesta que comprende un total de 81 ítems para el estudio de las variables clima organizacional y calidad de vida laboral. Su aplicación se realizó en el mes de diciembre del año 2019, a 30 trabajadores de la empresa en mención. Por consiguiente, se procedió a la tabulación de los resultados, empleando hojas de cálculo del programa Microsoft Excel, y la correlación entre las variables en estudio, se determinó a través de la prueba estadística Chi-cuadrado del software estadístico IBM SPSS; finalmente se realizó la discusión correspondiente. Los resultados finales muestran una correlación estadísticamente significativa (p = 0,034) entre las variables investigadas, comprobándose así, la hipótesis general planteada en el presente estudio, afirmado que existe relación directa y significativa entre el clima organizacional y la calidad de vida laboral. Por lo tanto, mientras exista un excelente clima organizacional, también habrá una excelente calidad de vida laboral, y viceversa. Cabe mencionar, que el presente estudio constituye un aporte para los profesionales de trabajo social inmersos en el ámbito de empresa, que, mediante el ejercicio de sus labores, buscan generar el bienestar de sus colaboradores, y de la organización a la que pertenecen.
ABSTRACT The application of strategies aimed at promoting an adequate organizational climate is becoming increasingly relevant in companies, being in turn considered a direct element that affects the quality of working life of workers in an organization. Therefore, this study seeks to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of work life of workers in a company MACSIGAL SAC, dedicated to the sale of canned and packaged foods. Given the mixed nature of the present investigation, the use of qualitative and quantitative instruments were combined. The latter constitutes a survey questionnaire that includes a total of 81 items for the study of the variables organizational climate and quality of work life. Its application was made in December 2019, to 30 workers of the company in question. Consequently, the results were tabulated, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and the correlation between the variables under study was determined through the Chi-square statistical test of the IBM SPSS statistical software; finally the corresponding discussion was held. The final results show a statistically significant correlation (p = 0,034) between the variables investigated, thus verifying the general hypothesis raised in the present study, affirming that there is a direct and significant relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of work life. Therefore, as long as there is an excellent organizational climate, there will also be an excellent quality of work life, and vice versa. It is worth mentioning that this study constitutes a contribution for social work professionals immersed in the business environment, who, through the exercise of their work, seek to generate the well-being of their collaborators, and of the organization to which they belong.
