Abstract
El presente proyecto se realizó frente a la necesidad de realizar una mejora para la gestión
logística en la Empresa Kanguros 3V S.A.C. de San Isidro de Lima. Para ello se ha
investigado, analizado y procesado la información brindada por la misma Empresa para
poder captar los principales problemas y brindar las soluciones correspondientes según
nuestros conocimientos.
En la evaluación realizada se descubrió que la Empresa tiene deficiencia en el área de
logística, por lo que se propuso la realización de un Sistema web, utilizándose como
herramienta para el manejo eficiente de la información y gestión del área de logística.
Para el proyecto desarrollado se hizo uso de los conocimientos adquiridos durante la
formación como Ingenieros de Sistemas, para la metodología de desarrollo se utilizó XP
(Programación Extrema), para el desarrollo del aplicativo se plantea el uso de software libre,
utilizando JSP como lenguaje de desarrollo, SQL Express como gestor de base de datos y
como sistema Operativo base Windows 10.
El Sistema web permitió poder solucionar los problemas detectados de la gestión logística
de la empresa, como el poder reducir el tiempo en el registro de solicitudes de pedidos por
área, disminuir el tiempo de aprobaciones de pedidos, maximizar el control de stock de
materiales en tiempo real, minimizar el tiempo en registrar y evaluar cotizaciones de
proveedores, disminuir el tiempo de registro de materiales, minimizar el tiempo en notificar
las solicitudes de requerimientos y el stock mínimo de productos mediante correos a las
áreas involucradas, reducir de tiempo de generación de reportes y aumentar el nivel de
Satisfacción de los Usuarios.
Description
The present project was realized opposite to the need to realize a progress for the logistics
management in the Company Kanguros 3V S. A. C. of San Isidro of Lima. For it has
investigated, analyzed and processed the information offered to the same Company to be
able to receive the main problems and offer the corresponding solutions as our knowledge.
In the realized evaluation it was discovered that the Company hass hort coming in the field
of logistics, by what there was proposed the achievement of a web System, being used like
tool for the efficient handling of the information and management of the area of logistics.
For the developed project one made use of the knowledge acquired during the formation
like system Engineers, for the development methodology there was used XP (Extreme
Programming), for the development of the aplicativo the use of free software appears, using
JSP as a development language, SQL Express as agent of database and like basic Operative
system Windows 10.
The web System allowed to be able to solve the problems detected of the logistic
management of the company, like the power to reduce the time in the record of requests of
orders for area, to diminish the time of approvals of orders, to maximize the control of stock
of materials in real-time, to minimize the time in evaluating and updating providers'
quotations, diminishing the time of record of materials, minimizing the time in notifying
the update of requests and the minimal stock by means of post office to the involved areas,
reducing of time of generation of reports and increasing the level of Satisfaction of the
Users.
