Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación: Caracterización productiva de la granja porcina Don Lucho, tuvo como objetivo caracterizar los parámetros productivos de la granja porcina; asimismo, determinar la tecnología productiva de la granja, calcular la productividad, y evaluar el nivel de rentabilidad de la granja. Se utilizó un total de 200 animales, mediante una investigación descriptiva retrospectiva hacia el año 2018. Las características evaluadas fueron: porcentaje de la tasa de parto, número de lechones nacidos totales, índice de diarrea neonatal en lechones y mortalidad, donde se determinaron; 76.6% de tasa de parto, el promedio de 16.6 lechones nacidos, 2.4 el índice de animales enfermos. Se concluye que, la granja Don Lucho S.A.C., se caracteriza por ser una unidad productiva de rentabilidad media.
Description
The present study: Productive characterization of the pig farm Don Lucho, located in the district of Huanchaco, department of La Libertad, with the purpose of characterizing the productive parameters of the pig farm; using a total of 200 animals, through a retrospective descriptive research by 2018, observing a level of productive efficiency. In the characteristics used are: percentage of the birth rate, number of piglets born total, neonatal diarrhea index in piglets and mortality where they were determined; 76.6% of birth rate, the average of 16.6 born piglets, 2.4 the rate of sick animals. It is concluded that the farm Don Lucho S.A.C. it is characterized as a productive unit with average profitability.
