Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas pre-profesionales tuvo como objetivo evaluar la calidad mediante pruebas fisicoquímicas de Bebidas de Jalea Real Forte y Jalea Real Extraforte, en el Área de Control de Calidad del Laboratorio Fitogreen S.A.C. Para ello se recolectaron un total de 18 muestras: 9 de cada bebida. Se realizaron pruebas físicoquímicas de: volumen, pH, grados Brix y características organolépticas (color, olor, sabor y aspecto). Los resultados fueron: volumen promedio: 8,0ml ± 0,1069 y 7,87ml ± 0,2108; pH: 4,04 ± 0.0738 y 3,94 ± 0,0407; grados Brix: 10,67 ± 0,3841 y 11,13 ± 0,3317; características organolépticas conformes para Jalea Real Forte y Jalea Real Extraforte respectivamente. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye que: el 100 % de las muestras analizadas por cumplen con las especificaciones según la Normativa técnica del CODEX y las especificaciones técnicas descritas en los protocolos de calidad

The purpose of this report on pre-professional practices was to evaluate the quality of physical and chemical drinks of Royal Forte Jelly and Royal Jelly Extraforte in the Quality Control Area of the Fitogreen Laboratory S.A.C. To do this, a total of 18 samples were collected: 9 of each drink. Physicochemical tests were carried out: volume, pH, Brix degrees and organoleptic characteristics (color, smell, taste and appearance). The results were: average volume: 8.0ml ± 0.1069 and 7.87ml ± 0.2108; pH: 4.04 ± 0.0738 and 3.94 ± 0.0407; Brix degrees: 10.67 ± 0.3841 and 11.13 ± 0.3317; Organoleptic characteristics conformed for Royal Jelly Forte and Royal Jelly Extraforte respectively. From the analysis of the results it is concluded that: the beverages elaborated by Laboratorios Fitogreen S.A.C. they comply with the specifications according to the CODEX technical regulations and the technical specifications described in the quality protocols
