dc.descriptionThe "Architectural project for a high-performance school in the district of Cátac,_x000D_ province of Recuay, Ancash region", was born due to the problem of inadequate_x000D_ infrastructure presented by the provisional premises of COAR Ancash, which, due_x000D_ to its improvised environments, problems of glare and obsolete furniture, it is not_x000D_ suitable for the development of a quality education._x000D_ Therefore, the proposal is based on designing educational spaces that are_x000D_ consistent with the new trends in active learning. Based on criteria of identity design,_x000D_ inclusion and sustainability._x000D_ For this, a supporting study has been carried out, starting with the situational_x000D_ diagnosis to determine the affected area and population, a contextual analysis to_x000D_ identify the mediated and immediate context as well as the environmental and_x000D_ morphological characteristics of the terrain. As well as, a characterization of those_x000D_ involved in the management and future users of the school; to then develop the_x000D_ theoretical and regulatory framework, which helps us to establish a program of_x000D_ needs; ending in the conceptual, formal and spatial design of the project._x000D_ Therefore, the architectural proposal manages to harmonize with the Andean_x000D_ landscape. Each space has a pedagogical function and has flexible furniture that_x000D_ facilitates new educational trends and the free movement of all types of users,_x000D_ regardless of their physical limitations. Likewise, the use of native vegetation and_x000D_ passive technologies has been planned for the use of natural lighting and ventilation.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl “Proyecto arquitectónico para colegio de alto rendimiento en el distrito de Cátac,_x000D_ provincia de Recuay, región Ancash”, nace ante la problemática de la inadecuada_x000D_ infraestructura que presenta el local provisional del COAR Ancash, el cual, debido_x000D_ a sus ambientes improvisados, problemas de deslumbramiento y mobiliario_x000D_ obsoleto, no es apto para el desarrollo de una educación de calidad._x000D_ Por ende, la propuesta se basa en diseñar espacios educativos que vayan de_x000D_ acorde a las nuevas tendencias de aprendizaje activo. Fundamentado en criterios_x000D_ de diseño de identidad, inclusión y sostenibilidad._x000D_ Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio sustentatorio iniciando por el diagnóstico_x000D_ situacional para determinar la zona y población afectada, un análisis contextual_x000D_ para identificar el contexto mediado e inmediato como las características_x000D_ ambientales y morfológicas del terreno. Asi como, una caracterización de los_x000D_ involucrados en la gestión y futuros usuarios del colegio; para luego desarrollar el_x000D_ marco teórico y normativo, que nos ayuda a establecer un programa de_x000D_ necesidades; finalizando en el diseño conceptual, formal y espacial del proyecto._x000D_ Por lo tanto, la propuesta arquitectónica logra armonizarse con el paisaje andino._x000D_ Cada espacio tiene una función pedagógica y posee mobiliario flexible que facilita_x000D_ las nuevas tendencias educativas y el libre desplazamiento de todo tipo de usuario,_x000D_ sin importar sus limitaciones físicas. Asi mismo, se ha previsto el uso vegetación_x000D_ nativa y tecnologías pasivas para el aprovechamiento de la iluminación y ventilación_x000D_ natural.es_PE
