Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó teniendo como su principal objetivo, determinar la incidencia de la responsabilidad social interna en las relaciones laborales de la Municipalidad distrital de Marcabal, año 2020, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva causal explicativo, no experimental y transversal, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Analítico- Sintético, se utilizó la recopilación de datos y la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para validar la confiabilidad de los instrumentos de recolección de datos, se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS, del cual se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose un índice de 0.829 para toda la encuesta; la población estuvo conformada por 53 servidores, no se trabajó con una muestra debido al tamaño de la población, a dicha población se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se determinó como resultado principal que entre las variables de estudio se encuentra una incidencia positiva significativa, con un chi cuadrado obtenido igual a 1,351 , para un nivel de significancia del 0,05 y 4 gl obteniéndose como conclusión principal que la responsabilidad social interna incide positivamente en las relaciones laborales.
ABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out having as its main objective, to determine the incidence of internal social responsibility in the labor relations of the District Municipality of Marcabal, year 2020, the investigation carried out according to its scope is descriptive, causal, explanatory, not experimental. and transversal, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Analytical-Synthetic Method was used, the data collection and the survey were used as a research technique, to validate the reliability of the data collection instruments, the statistical program SPSS was used, of the which Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining an index of 0.829 for the entire survey; the population consisted of 53 servers, we did not work with a sample due to the size of the population, the data collection instrument was applied to said population, and with the data obtained it was determined as the main result that among the study variables a significant positive incidence is found, with a chi square obtained equal to 1.351, for a significance level of 0.05 and 4 df, obtaining as the main conclusion that internal social responsibility has a positive effect on labor relations.
