Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación “Taking Notes”, “Listening For Specific Information” y “Understanding Context” en Comprensión Auditiva del Inglés en estudiantes de Idiomas - UNT, 2021, se planteó el problema ¿De qué manera influyen el uso de las técnicas “Taking Notes”, “Listening for Specific Information” y “Understanding Context” en la comprensión auditiva del idioma Inglés en los estudiantes del VI ciclo de idiomas de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo?, siendo una investigación pre experimental con un solo grupo, en donde se aplicó un pre-test y post-test, y en donde los resultados arrojaron que se evidencia una influencia positiva de magnitud pequeña de la aplicación de las técnicas “Taking Notes”, “Listening for Specific Information” y “Understanding Context” en la Comprensión auditiva o Listening (d=.29) y su dimensión Competencia fonológica (d=.40); además una influencia trivial o nula sobre la dimensión Interpretación del mensaje del audio (d=.16) en los estudiantes. Se concluyó de acuerdo a los resultados que las técnicas tuvieron una pequeña influencia positiva en la comprensión auditiva de los estudiantes del VI ciclo de la carrera de Educación Secundaria: idiomas, de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
In the present research work called "Taking Notes", "Listening for Specific Information" and "Understanding Context" in Listening of English Language in Language’s students UNT, 2021, the problem was raised ¿How does the use of the techniques "Taking Notes", "Listening for Specific Information" and "Understanding Context" influence the listening comprehension of the English language in students of the VI language cycle of the Languages career of the University Nacional de Trujillo?, being a pre-experimental investigation with a single group, where a pre-test and post-test was applied, and where the results showed a positive influence of small magnitude of the application of the techniques “Taking Notes”, “Listening for Specific Information” and “Understanding Context” in Listening Comprehension (d = .29) and its dimension Phonological competence (d = .40); also a trivial or null influence on the dimension Interpretation of the audio message (d = .16) in the students. According to the results, it was concluded that the techniques had a small positive influence on the listening comprehension of the students of the VI cycle of the Secondary Education: Languages career at the National University of Trujillo.
