Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: Cualidades que presenta la urbanización el Golf para la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico, permitió determinar las Cualidades que presenta la urbanización el Golf para la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico. Por otro lado, los métodos utilizados para este informe fueron el método etnográfico este método permitió aprovechar fuentes de investigación primarias, describir de manera detallada las cualidades que posee la urbanización El Golf para la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico, con respecto a su ubicación estratégica y la población, asi mismo se recopiló datos de la oferta de restaurantes y por último nos permitirá puntualizar las características de la población. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de estudio se utilizó el método analítico para descomponer y analizar de forma detallada cada una de las variables como: la ubicación estratégica, para luego integrarlas y así determinar si poseen las cualidades necesarias para la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico. En cuanto a las técnicas utilizadas tenemos: La observación directa se realizó en el trabajo de campo, permitió la obtención de información comprobando si las cualidades de la urbanización el Golf: su ubicación estratégicas y población son propicias para la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico. Fue aplicada a los pobladores de la urbanización el Golf para conocer las opiniones acerca de la implementación de un boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico en la urbanización, las expectativas, predisposición y el perfil. La revisión bibliográfica esta técnica permitió obtener información teórica que conformó el desarrollo de la presente investigación reflejado en el marco teórico desarrollando cada una de nuestras variables como: la ubicación estratégica y la población, para entender mejor la presente investigación. La técnica del fichaje sirvió para recopilar información de los datos obtenidos en los libros mediante definiciones sobre nuestras variables, por otro lado, también se realizó para la síntesis de los datos obtenidos en el trabajo de campo mediante la observación, los cuales fueron utilizados para el entendimiento de la investigación. Se utilizaron los siguientes instrumentos: Libreta de campo, sirvió para el recojo de información en donde registramos los datos que se obtuvimos de la técnica de observación directa, guía de observación la cual permitió rescatar datos precisos obtenidos durante la técnica de la observación directa, se utilizó también la cámara fotográfica que permitió registrar de manera gráfica la zona de estudio, donde se implementará el boulevard gastronómico como atractivo turístico, la Ficha que permitió organizar la información por variables obtenidas por fuentes escritas y por fuentes primarias. En los resultados obtenidos de la investigación se pudo determinar las cualidades que posee la urbanización para la implementación del boulevard gastronómico cómo atractivo turistico. La presente investigación está compuesta por una dedicatoria, agradecimiento, índice, presentación, resumen, abstract y el eje principal de la investigación son los resultados que se refiere a las variables de investigación como la ubicación estratégica, los resultados y la discusión donde se analizó a profundidad todo los resultados obtenidos en la investigación y se finalizó con las conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias bibliográficas y anexos. Esta investigación tiene dos variables las cuales se realizaron en dos etapas: la etapa de gabinete y campo, donde recopilamos datos, los cuales fueron analizados y sistematizados.
ABSTRACT The present research work entitled: Qualities presented by the El Golf urbanization for the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as a tourist attraction, will determine the Qualities presented by the El Golf urbanization for the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as a tourist attraction. On the other hand, the methods used for this report were the ethnographic method, this method takes advantage of primary research sources, describes in detail the qualities that the El Golf urbanization possesses for the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as a tourist attraction, with respect to its location. strategy and the population, as well as data on the supply of restaurants was collected and finally it will allow us to specify the characteristics of the population. For the fulfillment of the study objectives, the analytical method was used to decompose and analyze in detail each of the variables such as: the strategic location, to later integrate them and thus determine if they have the necessary qualities for the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as tourist attraction. Regarding the techniques used, we have: Direct observation was carried out in the field work, obtaining information by checking if the qualities of the El Golf urbanization: its strategic location and population are conducive to the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as an attractive tourist. It was applied to the residents of the El Golf urbanization to find out their opinions about the implementation of a gastronomic boulevard as a tourist attraction in the urbanization, expectations, predisposition and profile. The bibliographic review of this technique will obtain theoretical information that formed the development of the present investigation reflected in the theoretical framework developing each of our variables such as: strategic location and population, to better understand the present investigation. The recording technique served to collect information from the data obtained in the books through the definitions of our variables, on the other hand, it was also carried out for the synthesis of the data obtained in the field work through observation, which were used to understanding of research. The following instruments were used: Field notebook, used to collect information where we recorded the data obtained from the direct observation technique, an observation guide which will improve the retrieval of precise data obtained during the direct observation technique. also the photographic camera that graphically recorded the study area, where the gastronomic boulevard will be implemented as a tourist attraction, the File that will search the information by variables obtained by written sources and by primary sources In the results obtained from the investigation it was possible to determine the qualities that the urbanization has for the implementation of the gastronomic boulevard, tourist attraction. This research is composed of a dedication, thanks, index, presentation, summary, abstract and the main axis of the research is the results that refers to the research variables such as the strategic location, the results and the discussion where the In depth all the results obtained in the investigation and finalized with the conclusions, recommendations, bibliographic references and annexes.
