Abstract
El estudio de investigación titulado “Estilos de vida y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo en el contexto COVID-19”. Tuvo como objetivo identificar el estilo de vida según dimensiones: Responsabilidad de la salud, relaciones interpersonales, nutrición, ejercicio, manejo del estrés y autorrealización de las estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo y su probable relación con el rendimiento académico en el contexto COVID-19. El tipo de estudio fue de tipo correlacional de corte transversal cuyo universo muestral estará conformado por 72 estudiantes de enfermería. La técnica que se utilizó fue el cuestionario elaborado por Walker, Sechrist y Pender (1987), “Estilo de Vida Promotor de Salud”. En el procesamiento de los datos se emplearon los programas estadísticos Microsoft Excel e IBM SPSS v.23. Los datos fueron procesados usando métodos estadísticos descriptivos y los hallazgos se presentan en tablas estadísticas descriptivas simples y de contingencias. Para determinar la relación entre las variables, se utilizó la prueba Tau C de Kendall, considerando un nivel de significancia de 95%. Al finalizar la investigación se determino que existe relación significativa entre rendimiento académico y cuatro dimensiones de la variable estilos de vida siendo estas: apoyo interpersonal, manejo del estrés, ejercicio y responsabilidad en salud
The research study entitled "Lifestyles and academic performance in nursing students of the National University of Trujillo in the context of COVID-19". The objective was to identify the lifestyle according to dimensions: Responsibility for health, interpersonal relationships, nutrition, exercise, stress management and self-actualization of nursing students from the National University of Trujillo and its probable relationship with academic performance in the context of COVID-19. The type of study was a cross-sectional correlational type whose sample universe will be made up of 72 nursing students. The technique used was the questionnaire developed by Walker, Sechrist and Pender (1987), "Health Promoting Lifestyle". The statistical programs Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS v.23 were used to process the data. Data were processed using descriptive statistical methods and the findings are presented in simple descriptive and contingency statistical tables. To determine the relationship between the variables, the Kendall Tau C test was used, considering a significance level of 95%. At the end of the research, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between academic performance and four dimensions of the lifestyle variable, these being: interpersonal support, stress management, exercise and health responsibility
