dc.descriptionThe present research work consisted in developing a proactive maintenance based on the analysis and monitoring of lubricating oil applied to the engine of Freightliner tractors of the Transpesa Group under the requirements in its operational context. To achieve this objective, a criticality analysis was performed based on the stops and repair of the same in 2 tractors because they were the ones with the highest failure indicators during their operation. Then the techniques of cause and effect analysis of failure caused by the lubricant in the engine were applied. Samples were then taken from the 2 units to perform the analysis of used oil in the engines respectively, these were taken to a laboratory for analysis and the report will allow us to determine which pollutants are produced by the most wear in the engines, track And to be able to improve the preventive actions to be able to diminish the contaminating particles in the oil. Finally, an analysis of the results obtained was carried out, whose benefit from the contribution of the following work was to reduce unplanned corrective activities, increasing the hours of operation of the units and, therefore, a greater availability and performance of the trucks.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación, consistió en desarrollar un mantenimiento proactivo basado en el análisis y monitoreo de aceite lubricante aplicado al motor de los tractocamiones Freightliner del Grupo Transpesa bajo los requerimientos en su contexto operacional. Para lograr este objetivo se realizó un análisis de criticidad basado en las paradas y reparación de las mismas en 2 tractocamiones por ser los que presentaban mayores indicadores de falla durante su operación. Luego se aplicaron las técnicas de análisis causa y efecto de falla ocasionados por el lubricante en el motor. Luego se tomó muestras de las 2 unidades para realizar el análisis de aceite usado en los motores respectivamente, estas fueron llevadas a un laboratorio para su análisis y cuyo reporte nos permitirá determinar qué elementos contaminantes son los producen más desgaste en los motores, realizar un seguimiento y poder mejorar las acciones preventivas para poder disminuir las partículas contaminantes en el aceite. Finalmente se realizó un análisis de los resultados obtenidos, cuyo beneficio de aporte del siguiente trabajo fue disminuir las actividades correctivas no planificadas, aumentando las horas de funcionamiento de las unidades y por lo tanto una mayor disponibilidad y rendimiento de los tractocamiones.es_PE
