La presente investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar que el Planeamiento Estratégico

S.A.C. y se analizará la Competitividad y Evaluará la Situación Financiera de la empresa
Transportes & Servicios Los Reyes S.A.C. La metodología empleada en la investigación es el Diseño No Experimental, de corte Transversal y de tipo Correlacional – Causal. Los
métodos utilizados son Analítico, Inductivo y Estadístico, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la
entrevista, encuesta, el análisis documental y estadísticas (Escala de Likert) y los
instrumentos empleados fueron los cuestionarios de entrevista y la encuesta. La muestra es la información financiera de la empresa Transportes & Servicios Los Reyes S.A.C. La
investigación concluye que, la propuesta de Planeamiento Estratégica Financiero mejorará la Competitividad y Situación Financiera de la empresa Transportes & Servicios Los Reyes S.A.C., ya que mejorará los controles internos de acceso al financiamiento, formalización empresarial y capacidad del personal; así como, el nivel de liquidez, actividad, endeudamiento, solvencia y rentabilidad.

The objective of this research is to demonstrate that the Strategic Financial Planning will
improve the Competitiveness and Financial Situation of the company Transports y Services The Kings S.A.C. For this, the Strategic Financial Situation of the company Transports y Services The Kings S.A.C. will be described, a model of Strategic Financial Planning for the company Transports y Services The Kings S.A.C. will be proposed. and the Competitiveness and evaluate Financial Situation of the company Transports y Services The Kings S.A.C. The methodology used in the research is the Non-Experimental Design, Cross-sectional and Correlational-Causal type. The methods used are Statistical, Inductive and Statistical, the techniques used were the interview, survey, documentary analysis and statistics (Likert Scale) and the instruments used were the interview questionnaires and the survey. The sample is financial information of the company Transportes & Servicios Los Reyes S.A.C The investigation concludes that the Financial Strategic Planning proposal will improve the Competitiveness and Financial Situation of the company Transports y Services The Kings S.A.C., since it will improve the internal controls of access to financing, business formalization and staff capacity; as well as the level of liquidity, activity, indebtedness, solvency and profitability.
