dc.descriptionThis thesis was carried out with the purpose of describing the influence of family support in the accompaniment of the integral treatment of pediatric hematology patients of the High Complexity Hospital of La Libertad "Virgen de la Puerta" Es Salud. Trujillo, 2018. In Chapter I, it has been considered to describe the problematic reality, to mention background of similar studies at the international, national and local level, in the theoretical bases the theories that reinforce the study and the corresponding conceptual framework are explained. The problem of scientific research, hypothesis and the objectives of the thesis under study has been pointed out. In Chapter II the study material is described. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample universe consisted of 32 users, with whom we worked applying the methods: deductive, inductive, statistical and phenomenological, and the techniques of quantitative research and qualitative. In Chapter III presents the results obtained from this research, from the generalities of the hospital and tables and statistical figures. In Chapter IV the discussion of the results has been considered, it is observed that children with leukemia have an optimal response to the integral treatment they receive, as well as following the oncological medical treatments, they have the support and family support, under the support of the medical and non-medical professional (social workers and psychologists). It has also been determined that the affective physical link and the assertive communication between the patients and their relatives have a positive influence in the accompaniment of the child with leukemia during their treatment. Finally, in Chapter V the conclusions are presented and in Chapter VI the recommendations to strengthen family support in patients with leukemia.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de describir la influencia del soporte familiar en el acompañamiento del tratamiento integral de los pacientes de hematología pediátrica del Hospital de Alta Complejidad de La Libertad “Virgen de la Puerta” Es Salud. Trujillo, 2018. En el Capítulo I se ha considerado describir la realidad problemática, mencionar antecedentes de estudios similares a nivel, internacional, nacional y local, en las bases teóricas se explican las teorías que refuerzan el estudio y el marco conceptual correspondiente. Se ha señalado el problema de investigación científica, hipótesis y los objetivos de la tesis en estudio. En el Capítulo II se describe el material de estudio. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y el universo muestral constó de 32 usuarios, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos: deductivo, inductivo, estadístico y fenomenológico, y las técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. En el Capítulo III se presentan los resultados obtenidos de esta investigación, desde las generalidades del hospital y los cuadros y figuras estadísticas. En el Capítulo IV se ha considerado la discusión de los resultados, se observa que los niños con leucemia, tienen una respuesta óptima al tratamiento integral que reciben, pues además de seguir los tratamientos médicos oncológicos, cuentan con el acompañamiento y soporte familiar, bajo el apoyo del profesional médico y no médico (trabajadores sociales y psicólogos). Además se ha determinado que la vinculación física afectiva y la comunicación asertiva entre los pacientes y sus familiares tienen una influencia positiva en el acompañamiento al niño con leucemia durante su tratamiento. Finalmente, en el Capítulo V se presentan las conclusiones y en el Capítulo VI las recomendaciones para fortalecer el soporte familiar en los pacientes con leucemia.es_PE
