Abstract
Hoy en día es muy difícil que una organización no se apoye en la tecnología para el
cumplimiento de sus tareas, pues al contar con esta se puede realizar la optimización de
sus procesos, además de la eficiencia, eficacia, disponibilidad y seguridad al momento de
disponer de la información para una correcta y oportuna toma de decisiones.
Es así que teniendo la tecnología al alcance de nuestras manos es muy importante
aplicarla a los procesos críticos de las organizaciones. Por esta razón, el objetivo de este
estudio es aplicar la tecnología a través del diseño e implementación de una Aplicación
Web y a través de ésta conseguir la mejora de la Gestión del servicio de Cable Mágico de
la Agencia de Movistar COTENOR E.I.R.L.
En el presente estudio se utilizó un diseño general de la investigación de tipo Cuasi
experimental (Pre-Test y Post-Test), porque para el estudio si bien se van a manipular las
variables deliberadamente tenemos algunos patrones ya establecidos que tenemos que
seguir, es decir, que se manipulará por lo menos la variable independiente para ver su
efecto sobre la variable dependiente.
Con la implementación de la aplicación web se consiguió reducir drásticamente los
tiempos que se usaban en los procesos de la gestión de producción, el beneficio de esta
reducción de tiempo y el uso de papel para la documentación fue la reducción de costos
para la organización.
Asimismo, se logró incrementar significativamente los niveles de satisfacción del usuario
final con respecto al proceso completo.
Description
Today it is very difficult for an organization does not rely on technology to fulfill their
tasks, because by having this can be done to optimize their processes as well as the
efficiency, effectiveness, availability and security when available information for a
correct and timely decision making.
Thus, having the technology at our fingertips is very important to apply to the critical
processes of organizations. For this reason, the objective of this study is to apply the
technology through the design and implementation of a Web Application and through this
get the improvement of the Management of the Magic Cable service of the Movistar
Agency COTENOR E.I.R.L.
A general research design Experimental Quasi type was used in this study (Pre-Test and
Post-Test), because for the study although they will manipulate the variables deliberately
have some patterns already established that we must continue, it is meaning that they
manipulate at least the independent variable to see its effect on the dependent variable.
With the implementation of the web application was achieved dramatically reduce the
time that were used in the processes of production management, the benefit of this
reduction of time and paper usage for documentation was the reduction of costs for the
organization.
He also managed to significantly increase levels of user satisfaction regarding the whole
process.
