Abstract
La investigación se plantea frente al proceso de reforma y modernización de estado que se viene ejecutando en la última década, por lo que se planteó la pregunta que guiará la investigación: ¿Cuál es la importancia de los resultados del plan de incentivos a la mejora de la gestión y modernización municipal en la municipalidad Distrital de Pólvora en el año 2019?, para cumplir con ello se plantearon los objetivos específicos: a) analizar el desarrollo histórico de los resultados plan de incentivos en el distrito de Pólvora del año 2014-2018., b) describir el funcionamiento de las metas 4 y 5 de la clasificación municipal Tipo G que corresponden al Plan de Incentivos, c) identificar los beneficios obtenidos por participar en el Programa de incentivos en el año 2019 y d) reconocer los obstáculos que se identificaron durante el proceso para cumplir de manera eficiente las metas en la Municipalidad de Pólvora en el año 2019. Es una investigación básica con un
diseño no experimental, dentro de los principales resultados se tiene que en la Municipalidad de Pólvora, el Plan de Incentivos es una prioridad, ya que genera la principal fuente de ingresos para la entidad, además generó que los uncionarios trabajen resultados y que existan distintos beneficio, además de haber identificados los obstáculos a los que se enfrentaron en el proceso. Una de las principales recomendaciones
es que se innoven las estrategias para el cumplimiento de metas.
