Abstract
La presente investigación cualitativa, tuvo como objeto de estudio a los “Saberes del paciente adulto con tuberculosis sobre el cuidado de su salud”. El método que se utilizó fue el cualitativo, teorizado y aplicado por Cabral (1998). El escenario fue el Distrito de Moche; con 9 participantes. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: entrevista colectiva, discusión de grupo y observación, asociada a la pedagogía crítica reflexiva de Freire (2000), basada en el diálogo, a fin de codificar temas, descodificar subtemas y recodificar la síntesis; dando lugar a dos grandes temas generadores de debate: 1.) Bienestar y Vida Sana, que comprende: tener alimentación sana; cumplir con el tratamiento y control mensual; y, evitar transmitir la tuberculosis a la familia. 2.) Red de Apoyo Social, que incluye: tener una familia feliz y sana; y, buscar y conocer amistades. Considerando en todo momento del estudio el rigor científico y los criterios éticos que embargan toda investigación

The present qualitative investigation, had as object of study the "Knowledge of the adult patient with tuberculosis about the care of their health". The method used was qualitative, theorized and applied by Cabral (1998). The setting was the District of Moche; with 9 participants. The techniques used were: collective interview, group discussion and observation, associated with the critical reflexive pedagogy of Freire (2000), dialogue-based, in order to encode topics, decode subtopics, and recode synthesis; giving rise to two great topics that generate debate: 1.) Well-being and Healthy Life, which includes: having a healthy diet; comply with the monthly treatment and control; and, avoid transmitting tuberculosis to the family. 2.) Social Support Network, which includes: having a happy and healthy family; and, seek and meet friends. Considering at all times of the study the scientific rigor and the ethical criteria that affect all research
