Abstract
The present research work studied and analyzed the application of in vitro culture techniques of Vaccinium sp. “blueberries”, in scientific publications at a national and international level from the year 2000 to the year 2023. The type of study that was carried out is cross-sectional inductive-deductive and statistical analysis of sample size was used, with the objective of selecting information. According to the reviewed literature, the in vitro porpagation technique is used most frequently (89.29%), while the Regeneration technique is only used by 10.71%; The culture medium most used in in vitro blueberry propagation is Wood Medium Plant followed by Murashige and Skoog. The growth regulator commonly used is zeatin, used alone or in combination; Nodal segments are the most used plant parts (48%), followed by shoots (37%). In vitro propagation is a widely used practice, since it accelerates the processes of obtaining seedlings, in addition to obtaining disease-free plants.
