Abstract
En los últimos 5 años, la delincuencia juvenil (de 12 a 23 años) ha _x000D_
ido en un incremento sostenido en nada menos que 80%, llegando a _x000D_
extremos de pasar de diez detenciones al día a diez detenciones por hora, _x000D_
basándose en los casos que se presentan diariamente en la División de _x000D_
Escena del Delito de la Policía Nacional (Rojas,2014).Debido a esto, el _x000D_
presente proyecto propone el desarrollo de un sistema experto que _x000D_
permita apoyar el diagnóstico a la tendencia criminal en adolescentes del _x000D_
colegio Alexander Graham Bell de la ciudad de Trujillo. Está compuesto_x000D_
por el diseño y modelado de cada uno de sus componentes, como es: La _x000D_
construcción de la base de conocimientos utilizando reglas de producción, _x000D_
la base de hechos y el mecanismo de inferencia encadenamiento hacia _x000D_
adelante. Dicho sistema se basa en reglas y la adquisición de la base de_x000D_
conocimiento por parte del experto (Psicóloga); esto permitió la _x000D_
construcción del sistema de control basado en el test psicológico A-D con _x000D_
el fin de inferir el nivel a la tendencia criminal de un adolescente._x000D_
El desarrollo del sistema propuesto servirá como herramienta de _x000D_
apoyo al área de psicología en centros educativos; abordando así la _x000D_
detección oportuna de problemas de salud mental en adolescentes_x000D_
durante la etapa escolar. En el estudio se utilizó un diseño general de la _x000D_
investigación de tipo cuasiexperimental (pretest y post test); el mismo que _x000D_
se aplicó a 248 estudiantes de 1º a 5° año de secundaria del colegio _x000D_
Alexander Graham Bell. De tales alumnos se tomó una muestra de 50 _x000D_
estudiantes para el análisis de resultados. En este estudio se logró el _x000D_
modelamiento e implementación de la arquitectura para el sistema experto _x000D_
propuesto; trabajando con la metodología de desarrollo Buchanan y el_x000D_
método de inferencia encadenamiento hacia adelante. El prototipo _x000D_
elaborado obtuvo el 75% de satisfacción por parte de los usuarios _x000D_
(estudiantes y experto). Además, se obtuvo la reducción del 25% de _x000D_
tiempo empleado con respecto a la aplicación del test manual. Se confirmó _x000D_
el 80% de exactitud en los resultados obtenidos con la aplicación del _x000D_
prototipo
Description
In the last 5 years, juvenile delinquency (from 12 to 23 years old) has _x000D_
seen a sustained increase of no less than 80%, reaching extremes of going _x000D_
from ten arrests per day to ten arrests per hour, based on the cases that _x000D_
they appear daily in the Crime Scene Division of the National Police _x000D_
(Rojas, 2014). Due to this, the present project proposes the development _x000D_
of an expert system that allows to support the diagnosis of the criminal _x000D_
tendency in adolescents of the Alexander Graham Bell school in the city _x000D_
of Trujillo. It is made up of the design and modeling of each of its _x000D_
components, such as: The construction of the knowledge base using _x000D_
production rules, the fact base and the forward chaining inference _x000D_
mechanism. Said system is based on rules and the acquisition of the _x000D_
knowledge base by the expert (Psychologist); this allowed the construction _x000D_
of the control system based on the A-D psychological test in order to infer _x000D_
the level of criminal tendency of an adolescent._x000D_
The development of the proposed system will serve as a support tool _x000D_
for the area of psychology in educational centers; thus, addressing the _x000D_
timely detection of mental health problems in adolescents during the _x000D_
school stage. A general quasi-experimental research design (pre-test and _x000D_
post-test) was used in the study; the same that was applied to 248 students _x000D_
from 1st to 5th year of secondary school at Alexander Graham Bell School. _x000D_
From such students, a sample of 50 students was taken for the analysis of _x000D_
results._x000D_
In this study, the modeling and implementation of the architecture for _x000D_
the proposed expert system was achieved; working with the Buchanan _x000D_
development methodology and the forward chaining inference method._x000D_
The developed prototype obtained 75% satisfaction from users _x000D_
(students and experts). In addition, a 25% reduction in the time used was _x000D_
obtained with respect to the application of the manual test. 80% accuracy _x000D_
was confirmed in the results obtained with the application of the prototype
