Abstract
La presente investigación es realizada con el objetivo de describir la participación comunitaria para el bienestar local de la Junta Vecinal Santa Teresa de Ávila – distrito Trujillo 2023. Siendo investigación de enfoque cualitativo y no experimental. Teniendo una muestra de 15 personas, los cuales son 6 pertenecientes a la asociación y 9 que vecinos que viven en el mismo vecindario, con edad alrededor de 30 a 50 años. Para ello se planteó el método etnográfico enfocándose conocer las actividades que realizan en el día a día, a través de valores y vínculos, también teniendo el método inductivo, el cual permitió entender acerca del comportamiento como actúan frente a situaciones, se procesó los datos en tablas dinámicas con su respectivo porcentaje y en técnicas la entrevista semiestructurada apoyada de observación participante permitió entablar conversación y de poder socializar con el grupo, encontrando datos relevantes dando origen a la complementación del estudio Por consiguiente, los resultados muestran que se logró identificar las relaciones humanas, el compromiso para el bienestar local, clasificar el desarrollo social, también describir la identidad y además se describió la cooperación e identificar la calidad de vida de los vecinos; concluyendo que tanto la participación comunitaria es de suma importante puesto que son personas que se agrupan con el propósito de obtener el bienestar de su localidad demostrando el cambio local a través de la toma de decisiones.
ABSTRACT This research is carried out with the objective of describing community participation for the local well-being of the Santa Teresa de Ávila Neighborhood Council – Trujillo district 2023. Being research with a qualitative and non-experimental approach. Having a sample of 15 people, of which 6 belong to the association and 9 are neighbors who live in the same neighborhood, aged around 30 to 50 years. For this, the ethnographic method was proposed, focusing on knowing the activities they carry out on a daily basis, through values and links, also having the inductive method, which allowed us to understand about the behavior of how they act in situations, the data was processed in dynamic tables with their respective percentage and in techniques the semi-structured interview supported by participant observation allowed to start a conversation and to be able to socialize with the group, finding relevant data giving rise to the complementation of the study Therefore, the results show that it was possible to identify human relationships, the commitment to local well-being, classify social development, also describe identity and also describe cooperation and identify the quality of life of neighbors; concluding that community participation is extremely important since they are people who come together with the purpose of obtaining the well-being of their locality, demonstrating local change through decision-making.
