Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional que se titula “Diseño e
implementación de un sistema de cubicaje para incrementar las entregas perfectas de
pedidos a las sucursales de la empresa Eurotubo S.A.C.” se aplicó en la planta que se
ubica en el parque industrial del distrito de La Esperanza.
Este trabajo se aplicó en el área de almacén de la empresa Eurotubo S.A.C. que
mediante la observación durante la estiba o carga de los productos en las unidades de
transporte se obtuvo la información cuantitativa de los pedidos que son cubicados y su
análisis mediante la estadística descriptiva. Debido a la inexactitud que se tiene en el
cálculo de cubicaje de los pedidos solicitados por las sucursales de la empresa
Eurortubo S.A.C. en las unidades de transporte, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo
principal el de incrementar las entregas perfectas de pedidos a las sucursales de la
empresa Eurotubo S.A.C. mediante el diseño e implementación de un sistema de
cubicaje que permita mejorar la exactitud en el calculo de cubicaje y aprovechar
eficientemente el espacio y capacidad de carga de las unidades de transporte.
Se diseñó en Microsoft Excel el sistema de cubicaje y desarrolló los algoritmos
matemáticos tanto para cubicar tuberías como accesorios de PVC teniendo en cuenta
las dimensiones y pesos unitarios de los productos y las capacidades de carga de las
unidades de transporte (espacio y peso neto de carga).
This professional proficiency thesis, entitled "Design and Implementation of a Cubic Metering System to Increase Perfect Order Deliveries to Eurotubo S.A.C. Branches," was implemented at the plant located in the industrial park in the district of La Esperanza. This work was carried out in the warehouse area of Eurotubo S.A.C. Through observation during the stowage or loading of products into transport units, quantitative information on cubed orders was obtained and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Due to the inaccuracy in the cubing calculations of orders requested by Eurotubo S.A.C. branches in transport units, the main objective of this work is to increase perfect order deliveries to Eurotubo S.A.C. branches. Through the design and implementation of a cubic measurement system that improves the accuracy of cubic measurement calculations and efficiently utilizes the space and load capacity of transport units. The cubic measurement system was designed in Microsoft Excel, and mathematical algorithms were developed for both cubic measurements of PVC pipes and fittings, taking into account the dimensions and unit weights of the products and the load capacities of the transport units (space and net weight of the load). The cubic measurement calculation using the empirical method (cubing experience) resulted in a 52.97 % delivery rate for perfect orders to the branches.
