dc.descriptionABSTRACT Cooperative leadership as an educational model has a favorable impact on the development of the objectives of educational projects such as tourism clubs and / or other similar projects. The purpose of this research was to analyze the model of cooperative leadership to establish its level of influence in the members of the tourism club of the I.E. "Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre". The research based its study from a quantitative perspective, with a pre-experimental design, of a single group with two measurements (pre-test and post-test). The sample taken was of 15 students of the secondary level, the totality of the members of the tourism club, which belonged to the I.E. "Victor Raul Haya de la Torre", of the city of Trujillo. The data was processed using descriptive and inferential statistics. As results, the research shows that cooperative leadership improves the effectiveness of the tourism club, getting to develop the interrelation between its members and the achievement of proposed objectives. This situation was verified via the use of the Student "T" test for paired samples.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El liderazgo cooperativo como modelo educativo tiene un impacto favorable en el desarrollo de los objetivos de proyectos educativos como son los clubs de turismo y/o otros proyectos similares. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito analizar el modelo del liderazgo cooperativo para establecer su nivel de influencia en los miembros del club de turismo de la I.E. “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre”. La investigación basó su estudio desde una perspectiva cuantitativa, con un diseño pre-experimental, de un solo grupo con dos mediciones (pre-test y post test). La muestra tomada fue de 15 estudiantes del nivel secundario, la totalidad de los miembros del club de turismo, los cuales pertenecían a la I.E “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre”, de la ciudad de Trujillo. Los datos fueron procesados utilizando la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Como resultados, la investigación da cuenta que el liderazgo cooperativo mejora la eficacia del club de turismo, consiguiendo desarrollar la interrelación entre sus miembros y la obtención de objetivos propuestos. Dicha situación fue comprobada vía la utilización de la prueba “T” de Student para muestras emparejadas.es_PE
