Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente quirúrgico en el postoperatorio inmediato del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray en el 2019. La investigación fue básica, no experimental con diseño correlacional descriptivo de corte transversal. La población muestral fueron 50 pacientes, la técnica la encuesta, los instrumentos fueron cuestionarios sometidos a validez y confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que, 14% de pacientes, en el post operatorio inmediato, perciben la calidad del cuidado de enfermería Bueno; 68% como Regular y 18% de pacientes lo perciben como Malo. Además, 34% de pacientes quirúrgicos, en el post operatorio inmediato, perciben un Alto grado de satisfacción; 52% percibe un grado de satisfacción Medio y 14% percibe un Bajo grado de satisfacción. En la prueba de hipótesis, el estadístico de correlación de Rho Spearman, demuestra que, el coeficiente de correlación es 0,542 y la significancia bilateral de 0,000 (p<0,05), en consecuencia, se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación (Hi), concluyendo que, existe relación significativa entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el grado de satisfacción percibida por el paciente en el post operatorio en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray 2019.
The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of the surgical patient in the immediate postoperative period of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital in 2019. The research was basic, non-experimental with a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The sample population was 50 patients, the technique was the survey, the instruments were questionnaires subjected to validity and reliability. The results obtained revealed that 14% of patients, in the immediate postoperative period, perceive the quality of nursing care as Good; 68% as Regular and 18% of patients perceive it as Bad. In addition, 34% of surgical patients, in the immediate postoperative period, perceive a high degree of satisfaction; 52% perceive a Medium degree of satisfaction and 14% perceive a Low degree of satisfaction. In the hypothesis test, the Rho Spearman correlation statistic shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.542 and the bilateral significance is 0.000 (p<0.05), consequently, the research hypothesis is accepted (Hi). , concluding that there is a significant relationship between the quality of nursing care and the degree of satisfaction perceived by the patient in the postoperative period in the Surgical Center service of the Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray 2019
