dc.descriptionThe present thesis is about the analysis of the application of a maintenance program adapted for the gas station TIKI…Too, located in the city of Lima. The main task is to identify the machines that contribute with the biggest amount of added value for the facility, it will also identify the machine that shows flaws more frequently and the cost that this implies. The diagnosis of the gas station was not a simple task, it was necessary the analysis of the problematic reality, from which I was able to expose the problem, the hypothesis and the objectives that are shown on chapter one. In the same way, it was necessary to mention the antecedents, previous work in this area and the theoretical context. For the developing of this thesis I have done an analysis of the transactions made on the station on a daily basis in order to determine the losses caused by the flaws in the dispenser. Moreover, I proceeded to find out the costs that involved the repair of the machines and the costs of opportunity caused by the lack of service and the subuse of others machines more sophisticated to do simplier tasks. Finally, it is given a series of suggestions from which one of the most important is the outsourcing of the maintenance service for the dispensers. It is suggested to be in charge of enterprises with the expertise in this area. In which it concerns the area of mechanic services inside the station, it is suggested that the maintenance should be done by the same employees of this area, because these are simplier tasks. As it was expose previously, the present work is a modest effort to find the right maintenance program for the gas station, allowing the manager of the station to access to a technical instrument of management.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo está orientado al análisis de la aplicación de un programa de mantenimiento adecuado para la Estación de Servicios TIKI…Too, ubicada en la ciudad de Lima, orientándose a identificar los principales equipos que dan mayor valor agregado a la estación, identificando el equipo con mayor ocurrencia de desperfectos y los costos que éstos asumen. El diagnóstico de la estación de servicios no fue una tarea sencilla, fue necesario el análisis de la problemática real, de la cual se obtuvo el planteamiento del problema, la hipótesis y objetivos que se muestran en el capítulo I. Asimismo, fueron necesarios los antecedentes y la aplicación del marco teórico. Para el desarrollo de esta tesis fue importante un análisis de las transacciones que se realizan dentro de la estación diariamente para poder determinar las pérdidas que se originarían por fallas en las máquinas dispensadoras. También se procedió al estudio de los costos incurridos en la reparación de los equipos y costos de oportunidad por falta de atención o tener que sub utilizar otros equipos más sofisticados para hacer labores más simples ya que el equipo adecuado destinado para este uso se encuentra averiado. Finalmente, se ofrecen una serie de recomendaciones, entre las más importantes se encuentra la externalización del mantenimiento de los dispensadores a mano de empresas especializadas y para el área de servicios se sugiere hacer un automantenimiento de los equipos utilizados. Por lo expuesto anteriormente, el presente trabajo es un modesto esfuerzo que busca plantear un programa adecuado de mantenimiento a la estación de servicios, permitiendo a la gerencia de ésta acceder a un instrumento técnico de gestión.es_PE
