Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con el objetivo de identificar cuáles son las acciones sociales responsables que genera la empresa agroindustrial Danper S.A. en el centro poblado El Carmelo, del distrito de Virú en el año 2023.
La investigación tiene como objetivos específicos determinar si la empresa Danper cumple con las acciones de responsabilidad social, además de, analizar cuáles son las acciones responsables que realiza la empresa Danper S.A., como también, conocer cómo se dan las acciones sociales responsables de la empresa Danper S.A. en el centro poblado El Carmelo. Como parte de la población muestra, se contó con 73 pobladores del centro poblado El Carmelo; y los métodos que se emplearon fueron el descriptivo, estadístico y por último el etnográfico. De este modo, las técnicas que se aplicaron fueron la revisión de bibliografía, encuesta, observación y entrevista no estructurada; con los instrumentos pertinentes, tales como el cuestionario, la observación y el registro fotográfico, con la finalidad de poder recoger los datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos para el análisis de las variables. Al finalizar la investigación se tuvo como resultados que las acciones sociales responsables que realiza la empresa agroindustrial Danper en el centro poblado El Carmelo son limitada, ya que se evidencia, por parte de los pobladores, que consideran que la empresa no solo debería brindar puestos de trabajo; sino también involucrarse con el beneficio que se genera en el desarrollo de la población.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the objective of identifying which are the responsible social actions generated by the agro-industrial company Danper S.A. in the town of El Carmelo-Virú in the year 2023. The research has as specific objectives to determine if the company Danper complies with the social responsibility actions, in addition to analyzing what are the responsible actions carried out by the company Danper S.A., as well as to know how the responsible social actions of the company Danper are given. S.A. in the populated center El Carmelo. As part of the sample population, there were 73 residents of the El Carmelo populated center; and the methods that were used were the descriptive, statistical and finally the ethnographic. In this way, the techniques that were applied were the review of the bibliography, survey, observation and unstructured interview; with the relevant instruments, such as the questionnaire, observation and photographic record, in order to be able to collect both quantitative and qualitative data for the analysis of the variables. At the end of the investigation, the results were that the responsible social actions carried out by the Danper agro-industrial company in the El Carmelo populated center are limited, since it is evident, by the residents, who consider that the company should not only provide jobs job; but also get involved with the benefit that is generated in the development of the population.
