Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar de que manera las condiciones laborales influyen en el bienestar de las trabajadoras del hogar de la Agencia de Empleos Nanas y Hogar SOS, Lima, 2024. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología basada en la aplicación del método inductivo – deductivo, el método analítico – sintético, el método estadístico; y, entre las técnicas e instrumentos que se aplicaron se encuentran la entrevista con su respectiva guía de entrevista, y una encuesta a través de un cuestionario. El enfoque de investigación fue mixto y tuvo un universo muestral de 42 trabajadoras del hogar pertenecientes a la Agencia de Empleos Nanas y Hogar SOS. De los resultados obtenidos, se infiere que las condiciones laborales físicas como el espacio de trabajo y la seguridad que tienen dentro del mismo, las condiciones sociales como la relación que establecen con sus empleadores y con sus compañeros de trabajo, y las condiciones de servicios como la alimentación, el seguro social, el periodo de descanso, la jornada laboral y la remuneración; son condiciones laborales que influyen de manera positiva en el bienestar de las trabajadoras del hogar de la Agencia de Empleos Nanas y Hogar SOS. Cada una de ellas se presentan de una manera distinta de acuerdo con la realidad de cada trabajadora del hogar, sin embargo, su simple existencia dentro de la dinámica laboral determina que tanto pueden permanecer dentro del trabajo o de lo contrario, desistir del mismo.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to analyze how working conditions influence the wellbeing of domestic workers at the Nanas y Hogar SOS Employment Agency, Lima, 2024. To do so, a methodology based on the application of the inductive method was used. . – deductive, the analytical method – synthetic, the statistical method; and, among the techniques and instruments that were applied are the interview with its respective interview guide, and a survey through a questionnaire. The research approach was mixed and had a sample universe of 42 domestic workers belonging to the Nanas and Hogar SOS Employment Agency. From the results obtained, it is inferred that the physical working conditions such as the work space and the security they have within it, the social conditions such as the relationship they establish with their jobs and with their co-workers, and the service conditions such as food, social security, rest period, working hours and remuneration; They are working conditions that positively influence the well-being of the domestic workers of the Nanas and Hogar SOS Employment Agency. Each of them are presented in a different way according to the reality of each domestic worker, however, their simple existence within the work dynamic determines how much they can remain within the job or, otherwise, give up on it.
