Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa Agro Norte Corp. SAC, 2023; haciendo uso en la investigación la metodología mixta. La población de la investigación estuvo compuesta por 25 trabajadores administrativos. En esta investigación se aplicaron los métodos inductivo- deductivo, científico, etnográfico y estadístico; asimismo se utilizaron las técnicas de observación, entrevista, encuesta, además se tuvo como instrumento el cuestionador con la finalidad de obtener resultados de la investigación. Por otro lado, para poder entender la influencia y relación de las variables se tomaron como referencia las teorías, modelos y trabajos de investigación como: Demanda/control de Karasek, Teoría de Ajuste de Dawis y Lofquist, la Teoría del Rol de Kahn, Teoría Bifactorial de Herzberg, Teoría de X e Y de McGregor y la Teoría del Intercambio Líder- Miembro. Conforme a los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se manifiesta que el estrés laboral manifestado en la sobrecarga laboral, condiciones de trabajo inadecuados, problemas personales y familiares y un deficiente clima laboral.
ABSTRACT The present research was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between stress and job performance of the administrative staff of Agro Norte Corp. SAC, 2023, using a mixed methodology. The research population consisted of 25 administrative workers. In this research, the inductive-deductive, scientific, ethnographic, and statistical methods were applied. Additionally, techniques such as observation, interview, and survey were used, and a questionnaire was employed as an instrument to obtain research results. Moreover, to understand the influence and relationship of the variables, theories, models, and research works such as Karasek's Demand/Control model, Dawis and Lofquist's Theory of Work Adjustment, Kahn's Role Theory, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y, and the Leader-Member Exchange Theory were referenced. According to the results obtained in the research, it is manifested that work stress is demonstrated in work overload, inadequate working conditions, personal and family problems, and a deficient work environment.
