Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia del Trabajo en equipo en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de contabilidad y finanzas I ciclo, Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, Sede Jequetepeque, 2024. Se ha recurrido a considerar en base tipo investigación de manera aplicada esto teniendo base un diseño de manera descriptivo, en cuanto a la diferida muestra 25 estudiantes, con quienes se tendió a trabajar esto aplicando ciertos métodos y posibles técnicas en base la propia investigación de manera cuantitativa (encuesta) y por ende cualitativa (observación de manera directa y enfatiza en aquella entrevista). De aquellos resultados que se tendieron obtener se puede comprobar que los propios docentes utilizan adecuadamente el trabajo en grupo y que la relación entre el
trabajo y los resultados en base aprendizaje es altamente de manera significativa en las materias de educación en lo general y especializada entre los connotados estudiantes que tienden ser objeto del potencial estudio.
Finalmente se enfatizó encontrar que existe una diferida relación en manera
directa entre dichas variables del trabajo dado en equipo y el propio rendimiento en lo académico. El estudio encontró una correlación estadísticamente en manera significativa entre el trabajo de manera cooperativo y los propios resultados en base al connotado aprendizaje, lo cual tiende presentar determinada relación de manera positiva, así como entre diversos aspectos del propio aprendizaje en lo cooperativo, la interacción de manera cognitiva, el derecho que resulta ser disciplinario y el perenne papel de los propios docentes.
Abstract This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of teamwork on the academic performance of accounting and finance students, first cycle. National University of Trujillo, Jequetepeque Campus, 2024.It has been resorted to considering this based on applied research type, having a descriptive design, regarding the deferred sample of 25 students, with whom it was tended to work on this by applying certain methods and possible techniques based on the research itself in a quantitative way (survey) and therefore qualitative (direct observation and emphasis on that interview). From those results that were tended to be obtained, it can be verified that the teachers themselves use group work appropriately and that the relationship between the proper work and the results based on learning is highly significant in the subjects of general and specialized education among the renowned students who tend to be the object of the potential study. Finally, it was emphasized that there is a delayed direct relationship between these variables of the favorable work given in a team and the academic performance itself. The study found a statistically significant delayed correlation between the favorable work in a cooperative manner and the results based on the connoted learning, which tends to present a certain relationship in a positive way as well as between various aspects of the learning itself in the cooperative, the interaction in a cognitive way, the right that turns out to be disciplinary and the perennial role of the teachers themselves
