Abstract
La investigación del presente trabajo se ha fundamentado en la integración de los sistemas de monitoreo de infraestructura de Redes de la empresa SEDALIB S.A. aplicando los lineamientos de la metodología PPDIO para evaluar la calidad del software de integración de monitoreo de redes a aplicar, así como también para medir la gestión de TI de dicho software aplicando la metodología ITIL enfocada en los KPIS orientada a los problemas e incidencias (tiempos de solución y número de incidentes),
para tal efecto, Se realizo una investigación de las diferentes áreas de la subgerencia de informática e información de la entidad con propósito de examinar e identificar las herramientas que emplean para la detección de los incidentes y eventos que se puedan presentar en los sistemas que monitorean si así lo fuera, para la integración de los sistemas de monitoreo de infraestructura de Redes de la empresa SEDALIB S.A, se ha implementado una solución open source con nombre Zabbix en su versión 6.2, esta solución nos permite monitorear cada dispositivo y servicio de red el cual nos ayudará a mejorar la gestión de TI de la subgerencia de informática e Información basados en la cantidad de incidentes y los tiempos de solución de los mismos en comparación con los softwares actuales de monitoreo.
ABSTRACT
The research of this work has been based on the integration of the Network infrastructure monitoring systems of the company SEDALIB S.A. applying the guidelines of the PPDIO methodology to evaluate the quality of the network monitoring integration software to be applied, as well as to measure the IT management of said software applying the ITIL methodology focused on KPIS oriented to problems and incidents (times of solution and number of incidents), for this purpose, an investigation was carried out of the different areas of the entity's IT and information submanagement with the purpose of examining and identifying the tools used to detect the incidents and events that occurred. may present in the systems they monitor if so, for the integration of the Network infrastructure monitoring systems of the company SEDALIB S.A, an open source solution named Zabbix has been implemented in version 6.2, this solution allows us to monitor each device and network service which will help us improve the IT management of the IT and Information sub-management based on the number of incidents and their solution times in comparison with current monitoring software.
