FREEDOM. 2019 ", was made from three quarries of the city of Trujillo, to produce concrete, which are: Cantera Lekersa - El Milagro, El Porvenir - Rio Seco and Laredo, which supply aggregates for the construction of civil works in the city from Trujillo and its surroundings, from these quarries the aggregates were obtained, which were taken to the Rural Construction Laboratory of the National University of Trujillo, where the tests were carried out in order to obtain their physical and mechanical properties. Once the physical and mechanical properties of the samples under study were obtained, the calculation of the dosage was made for the concrete with resistance (210 kg / cm2) to compression and settlements, by means of the A.C.I. (American Concrete Institute), with the A.C.I. 211.1, based on the ASTM C33 standard, with these dosages were made concrete specimens of 10 cm x 20 cm with the aggregates of the three quarries and all for a settlement of 3 to 4 cm. Finally, these cylinders were tested under compression to obtain their strength. and check if they met the established by the dosage applied. The characterization test of the aggregates (physical and mechanical properties) indicates that they are within the parameters established for the NTP. 400,037; The maximum resistance of concrete comprehension was achieved with the aggregates of the Laredo quarry obtaining a resistance of 272.00 Kg / cm2, the second highest resistance is from El Milagro quarry 237.67 Kg / cm2 and finally from El Porvenir quarry 210.33 Kg / cm2 .es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis, “ESTUDIO DE CARACTERIZACIÓN DE AGREGADOS CON FINES DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE TRES CANTERAS DE TRUJILLO (EL MILAGRO-EL PORVENIR-LAREDO). LA LIBERTAD. 2019”, fue realizada de tres canteras de la ciudad de Trujillo, para producir concreto, las mismas que son: Cantera Lekersa- El Milagro, El Porvenir- Rio Seco y Laredo, las cuales abastecen agregados para la construcción de obras civiles en la ciudad de Trujillo y sus alrededores, de dichas canteras se obtuvieron los agregados, las cuales fueron llevadas al Laboratorio de Construcciones Rurales de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, en donde se realizaron los ensayos con la finalidad de obtener sus propiedades físicas y mecánicas. Una vez obtenidas las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de las muestras en estudio se procedió a realizar el cálculo de la dosificación para el concreto con resistencia (210 kg/cm2) a compresión y asentamientos, mediante el método A.C.I. (American Concrete Institute), con la norma A.C.I. 211.1, basada en la norma ASTM C33, con estas dosificaciones se elaboraron probetas de concreto de 10 cm x 20 cm con los agregados de las tres canteras y todos para un asentamiento de 3 a 4 cm. Finalmente, estos cilindros fueron ensayados a compresión para obtener su resistencia. y comprobar si cumplían con lo establecido por la dosificación aplicada. La prueba de caracterización de los agregados (propiedades físicas y mecánicas) indican que se encuentran dentro de los parámetros establecidos para la NTP. 400.037; La Resistencia máxima de comprensión del concreto se consiguió con los agregados de la cantera Laredo obteniendo una resistencia de 272.00 Kg/cm2, la segunda mayor resistencia es de la cantera El Milagro 237.67 Kg/cm2 y finalmente de la cantera El Porvenir 210.33 Kg/cm2.es_PE
