Abstract
El presente informe tuvo como objetivo describir el diseño de una base de datos para una aplicación web, para agilizar el seguimiento de expedientes de construcción en la empresa EB Consorcio. El informe muestra como resultados la definición de 32 requerimientos, que fueron la base del modelado de la base de datos. Dentro de las especificaciones técnicas del gestor de base de datos resalta: el control de concurrencia multiversión (MVCC), la gestión automatizada de datos (ADO), reglas de integridad de datos (DIC), redundancia y recuperación de datos (DRR), entre otros. Así mismo, se muestra el diseño de scripts para monitorear las operaciones de la base de datos, asegurar la disponibilidad de la misma y optimizar el rendimiento de la base de datos. Finalmente, se elaboraron reportes de seguimiento de las operaciones claves, acompañados de alertas que llegan al correo electrónico de los usuarios para realizar los correctivos necesarios.
Podemos concluir que para el modelado de la base de datos y la gestión de los mismos es necesario apoyarse en estándares o buenas prácticas que aseguren un adecuado modelo y un rendimiento adecuado de las operaciones.
The objective of this report was to describe the design of a database for a web application, to streamline the monitoring of construction files in the company EB Consorcio. The technical specifications of the database manager include: multiversion concurrency control (MVCC), automated data management (ADO), data integrity rules (DIC), data redundancy and recovery (DRR), among others. Likewise, the design of scripts to monitor database operations, ensure its availability and optimize database performance is shown. Finally, monitoring reports were prepared on key operations, accompanied by alerts that reach users' emails to carry out the necessary corrective measures. We can conclude that for the modeling of the database and its management it is necessary to rely on standards or good practices that ensure an adequate model and adequate performance of operations.
