Abstract
En esta investigación se estudió la autonomía e independencia del Poder Judicial en un Estado Social y Democrático de Derecho, a través de sus operadores jurídicos y órganos de gobierno, con la finalidad de determinar cómo se desarrollan esos principios y sus responsabilidades jurídica y política. Se elaboraron diversos instrumentos para el recojo de datos tales como: el cuestionario de encuesta, fichas y hojas de registro. Los datos fueron organizados y presentados en tablas y figuras estadísticas unidimensionales para determinar los valores de las variables de estudio, siendo interpretados mediante los métodos generales de la ciencia y los particulares dogmático y hermenéutico. Se concluyó que la normatividad constitucional y orgánica otorga autonomía al Poder Judicial, pero en la práctica no se cumple, y que los jueces no tienen responsabilidad política sino que cumplen su rol jurídico al aplicar las normas jurídicas, pero reciben presiones de los grupos de poder.

In this investigation studied the autonomy and independence of the Judicial Power in a Social and Democratic State of law, across his juridical operators and organs of government, with the purpose of determining how this beginning and his responsibilities develop juridical and political. Diverse instruments were elaborated for I gather of such information as: the questionnaire of survey, cards and leaf of record. The information was organized and presented in tables and dimensional statistical figures to determine the values of the variables of study, being interpreted by means of the general methods of the science and the individuals dogmatically and hermeneutically. It was concluded that the constitutional and organic regulations grants autonomy to the Judicial Power, but in the practice there isn´t fulfilled, and the judges don’t have the political responsibility. However, they fulfill his juridical role on having applied the juridical procedure, but they receive pressures of the powerful groups.
